Partnership

There is no difference between a Fronius System Partner and a Fronius Solutions Partner. In North, Central, and South America as well as Australia, the term Fronius Solutions Partner is used, while in Europe, Asia, and Africa the term Fronius System Partner is used.

The partnership replaces the former Fronius Service Partnership. Its focus expands from purely service-related activities to the planning and implementation of complex, integrated photovoltaic systems, including storage, heating/cooling, and e-mobility, supported by Fronius system solutions. The content of the qualification training has been adjusted accordingly.

Your company is eligible to become a Fronius System or Solutions Partner if you sell PV systems, with or without storage solutions, and related components to end customers. As the direct contractual partner, you are responsible for all warranty obligations and for delivering professional, high-quality installation and maintenance. Whether installation, commissioning or maintenance is carried out by your company or a subcontractor is not relevant. The decisive factor is that your company is the end customer’s contractual partner for the installation and integration of the PV system.

Fronius promotes System/Solutions Partners as trained experts for Fronius system solutions. We therefore expect partners to stay current with the latest information on the operation and applications of our products. We verify this through participation in webinars, training courses or customer events. We also expect regular use of Fronius products, including registration of a defined number of inverters and integration of a certain number of PV systems in Fronius Solar.web. If the requirements are not met in a calendar year, the partnership agreement will end at the end of that year.

Your company gains priority access to key information, enabling the successful use of Fronius products and solutions, supported by strong technical support and valuable promotional benefits. These include preferential access to Fronius training courses, free access to all Solar.web Premium functions, exclusive commissioning support and prioritization within the Fronius Technical Support hotline.

The specific advantages may vary depending on the market. You can find an overview on our website, once you have selected your country.

As soon as the conditions of participation have been confirmed, an email will be sent to the main contact person (FSP Main Contact) on file with the welcome message and information on how to access the benefits.

Telephone numbers that are stored in our database for your company are automatically prioritized. You can see which numbers are already prioritized at fsp.fronius.com/update.

The hotline has two waiting lists: one regular and one prioritized. Calls from System and Solutions Partners are placed on the prioritized waiting list, which is always processed first. Only once this is empty will calls from the regular waiting list be put through. In this way, we ensure that our trained partners receive telephone support as quickly as possible.

Application

Go to the website and select your country. You will be redirected to the information page regarding the partnership model. There you will find all the details about the benefits and requirements as well as the link to the application form.

Companies applying for the first time will receive an invitation, which will be sent to the person who submitted the application. This contains a link for viewing and confirming the terms and conditions of participation. The registration must be carried out using the email address that received the invitation.

If this address is already stored as the user name for a Fronius user account, the conditions can be confirmed there. If a user account does not yet exist, it must first be created.

Log in to your Solar.web user account and select a PV system that you have set up and to which you have access. Copy the URL from the address bar of your browser and paste it into the reply field.

If you have not yet created a PV system in your user account, you will not be able to complete the application. To be accepted as a Fronius Partner you must, among other things, have created at least five PV systems in Fronius Solar.web to ensure that a basic understanding of how to use the portal is already in place at the time of the qualification training.

Updating employee data

The FSP Main Contact registered with Fronius can log in with the registered email address at fsp.fronius.com/update and edit the business contact details for the company and its employees. Employees can be added or removed, while areas of responsibility, telephone numbers, addresses and email addresses can be updated.

The FSP Main Contact is the designated representative for your company who will be contacted by Fronius regarding all matters relating to the System or Solutions Partnership. This person is stored in our customer database and has exclusive access to update business contact details.

In companies that are already Fronius Service Partners, the employee who signed the Fronius Service Partner contract is the FSP Main Contact. Alternatively, it can be the managing director or departmental manager.

If the e-mail address of the FSP Main Contact changes, it can be updated at fsp.fronius.com/update using the old address. Once updated, the new address must be used to log in. If a Fronius user account does not yet exist for the new address, this must be created before logging in.

You have not entered at least one telephone number or have not entered it in the correct format. The affected fields are marked in red. Please check and correct them.

All telephone numbers must be entered in international format: starting with +, followed by the country code and the telephone number. Spaces and special characters (e.g. #, /, -) are not permitted. If a contact does not have their own telephone number or extension, please enter the general telephone number for your company.
