Account & registration

Yes, your Fronius user account is valid across platforms and can be used for Solar.creator. A separate account is not required.
If you are unable to register or have not received a verification email, please watch this video on creating an account first. If you continue to experience problems, please contact our customer service team using the email address you used to register and a description of the error message via the contact form.
How-to video: Creating a Fronius account (using Solar.web as an example)

Please ensure that the registration process is completed in full. After registering, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Open this link and complete the initial login process, during which you will be asked to fill in your details.

If you have already completed the registration process, please use the “Forgot your password?” function in the login area of Solar.creator.

If this does not work, please contact customer service with the email address of your user account via our contact form.

No access to your email address?

Please also send us a scan of your valid ID card. This is for security reasons, as confidential data can be viewed via the account.

Functions

Fronius Solar.creator enables you to quickly and accurately create PV configurations in line with the Fronius product range. The location and consumption profile are taken into account in order to calculate the expected yields of the planned PV system. The economic efficiency and optimization of the energy balance through sector coupling are presented visually in a report.

Yes. Projects in Solar.creator that have been given “accepted” status can be transferred directly to Fronius Solar.web. This greatly simplifies the subsequent commissioning process.
In the Solar.creator project overview, you can send the respective report directly by email using the context menu. Alternatively, you can download a project as a file using the export function and share it with other people.
In Solar.creator, the automatically determined irradiation value, which is based on environmental data, can be adjusted manually. You have the option of increasing or decreasing the value by a certain percentage to obtain more realistic yield calculations for your location.
Yes. Both the currency and the units (metric or imperial) can be selected manually in the project settings.
