Troubleshooting

Check whether you are still connected to the inverter WiFi (network name Fronius_XXX, where XXX stands for the serial number or data source ID). In this case, it is not possible to access the Internet. In your WiFi settings, switch to a network with an Internet connection.
The inverter has probably already been successfully connected. Your smartphone may not display this because it lost the connection to the inverter and has connected to a different WiFi network.
Check in the WiFi settings whether you are still connected to the inverter (Fronius_XXX, where XXX stands for the serial number or data source ID). If not, reconnect to this network and switch back to the app. The page should reload.
Alternatively, you can use the Back button to switch to the app menu and restart commissioning. You can continue from where you left off. The inverter should already be connected to the WiFi.
On iPhones or iPads, you have to connect manually by scanning the data matrix code in the app (Primo/Symo GEN24 Plus and Tauro) or by following the instructions in the app.
On Android devices, make sure that your device is allowed to connect to WiFi without an Internet connection. Confirm the system message if necessary. Check whether this option is available in the WiFi settings and enable it. The setting can also be found in the Developer options menu. For more information, refer to the operating instructions for your smartphone.
Make sure that your device is allowed to connect to WiFi without Internet access. You may have to confirm a system message. Check whether a corresponding option is available in the WiFi settings and change it if necessary. On Android devices, this setting can be found in the developer settings. For more information, refer to the operating instructions for your smartphone.
The inverter or Datamanager restarts during the update. The connection to your smartphone is terminated so status updates are no longer displayed. Look at the LEDs on the inverter or Datamanager to check the operating status. As soon as the device has restarted, you can exit the screen in the app using the Back button.
