Functions
Several search options are available in the online spare parts catalog:
- Filter function
Open the desired catalog and enter your search term directly in the desired column of the item table. The table is automatically updated as you enter the search term and immediately displays matching results.
Note: If the filters are not visible, activate them by clicking on "Filter table" below the item table.
- Quick search
Enter your search entry in the quick search field and confirm with ENTER. The results are then displayed.
- Detailed search
Click on "Search" in the navigation bar and select the "Detailed search" tab. Enter your search criteria there. You can add further criteria to refine your search by clicking on "+".
- Usage list
Select the "Usage list" tab under "Search" in the navigation bar. You can also define search criteria here and add more using "+" if required.
Note: This search takes into account all available catalogs at https://spareparts.fronius.com and may take a little more time.
Option 1: Device, serial, or batch number
Enter the device, serial, or batch number in the input field and confirm with ENTER or click on Search. The search results are displayed below the search entry. Click on the desired catalog to open it.
Note: Click on the i next to the input field to see where the device item number is located on the device. If you search using the serial number, the Order components button is also available in the open catalog. All components ordered with the item you searched for are displayed here.
Option 2: Device name
Enter the device name (e.g., TransPocket 150/EF) in the input field and click on Search. The search results are displayed below the search entry. Click on the desired catalog to open it.
Note: Use the asterisk symbol * before or after the search term to perform a wildcard search.
Examples:
- *Pocket 150/EF shows TransPocket 150/EF
- TransPocket* shows TransPocket 150RC/EF, TransPocket 150 TIG/EF, etc.
Click on Change catalog in the column on the left to start a new search or to select a catalog from the last search.
Note: You will find an overview of your most recently opened catalogs in the History tab.
