Account & login

Yes, your Fronius user account is valid across all platforms and can be used for online product registration. A separate account is not required.

Please make sure that the registration process is complete. After registration you will receive an e-mail containing a confirmation link. Open it and complete the first login process by filling in the rest of your details.

If you have already completed your registration, please use the “Forgot password?” function in the login area.

If this does not work, please contact our customer service team via our contact form and include the e-mail address associated with your user account.

No access to this e-mail address?

Please also send us a scanned copy of a valid ID document. This is for security reasons, as confidential data can be viewed in your account.

Functions

Log in to your Fronius user account and click on “Register further products”. Enter the serial number of your device and the serial numbers of any additional components. Complete the purchase details: invoice date, country of origin of the device, and the name or zipcode of your distributor. Save the information and confirm our terms and conditions, fill out the questionnaire, and click the button to complete the registration.

If you register your device within 12 months of purchase, the extended warranty begins on the date of purchase you specify. If a free warranty extension is offered in your country, it will be activated automatically when you complete the registration process.

Click on the icon for your user account in the top right-hand corner and select “Manage products”. Please make sure that you have already registered a device with your e-mail address.

Once registration has been successfully completed, your warranty certificate will be sent to the e-mail address you used for registration. Please also check your e-mail spam folder.
The warranty certificate is also available to download at https://warranty.fronius.com/.

If you do not receive a warranty certificate, please contact our customer service team via the contact form and state the e-mail address associated with your user account.

No, a device must be registered by the customer for compliance with the GDPR.
Your Fronius device has a two-year manufacturer’s warranty when it leaves the factory. If you register your device within 12 months of purchase, the warranty start date will be changed to the purchase date specified during product registration.
The warranty extension is linked to the serial number of the Fronius device. Therefore, the warranty information remains valid even if the owner changes.

Troubleshooting

Warranties can only be extended within 12 months of the purchase date.

It is also possible that you are registered as a distributor or are not authorized to register a device. This may be due to specific country regulations. Please check the Fronius warranty conditions to see whether a free warranty extension is offered in your country.

If you are not automatically guided through the process during product registration, this may also be due to temporary maintenance being carried out on the platform. In this case, please try again later on.

If the problem persists, please contact our customer service team via the contact form with details of the error message you received and the e-mail address associated with your user account.

If there is an incorrect serial number on your management page or if it has been registered incorrectly, please contact our customer service team via the contact form with your inquiry, the serial number concerned, and the e-mail address associated with your user account.
The current expiration date of your Fronius warranty is always shown at https://warranty.fronius.com/. If the date shown is incorrect, please contact our customer service team via our contact form and include the e-mail address associated with your user account.
