The Fronius Reserva high-voltage battery supplements the system by providing a powerful energy source for overnight and cloudy days. “The Fronius Reserva not only has the capacity to provide backup power, but is also black-start capable and can be recharged by solar power in backup power mode. This is a big advantage for remote locations or in the event of a prolonged blackout,” explains Harald Scherleitner, CSO, Fronius International GmbH.

 

Intelligent switching for maximum reliability
Fronius offers solutions for every application, including the manual Fronius Backup Switch and fully automatic Fronius Backup Controller, which ensure homes remain well supplied even in the event of a power failure. With PV Point basic power supply integrated into the GEN24, households can keep important devices such as routers, chargers, and essential lighting running, even without a battery.
