Product

Documenting process data is becoming ever more important in welding technology circles. In order that this data may be analysed and optimised in a precise and targeted manner, Fronius has developed the WeldCube data analysis system. The WeldCube Care service package has been designed as the perfect companion for WeldCube users to guarantee that data processing continues as seamlessly as possible, even if a problem occurs.
WeldCube

WeldCube Care offers unlimited reliability and maximum availability. It provides a range of services from a bank of support hours through to the preventive replacement of hard disk drives. Repair costs, replacement devices and other work that may be necessary are covered by an annual fee.

The services at a glance:

Bank of hours

WeldCube Care includes an annual bank of support hours that can be used up as needed. Users are free to choose how these hours are consumed, such as for analyses or training purposes.

Replacement device as needed

If the WeldCube is no longer available, e.g. due to a repair, Fronius will provide a replacement. The most seamless data documentation possible is thus assured.

Preventive hard disk drive replacement

Once a fixed number of write cycles (number stored in the WeldCube) have been performed, the WeldCube's SSD hard disk drive is replaced for free as a preventive measure to exclude the risk of failure.

Maximum system availability, reliability and cost clarity are all benefits to be enjoyed with WeldCube Care. With this service package Fronius is offering a complete solution to leave the customer with total peace of mind.
