Welding carriages
Automated torch guidance for reproducible results

An easy introduction to automated welding
Welding carriages support the automated guidance of the welding torch along defined seam paths. In doing so, they ensure consistent parameters, uniform speeds, and stable processes.
The advantages
of welding carriages
- Consistent weld seam quality
- Reduction in welder workload
- Increased productivity

ArcRover
The ArcRover 22 battery-powered welding carriage delivers consistent welding quality in every position. Developed for mechanized longitudinal seam welding with the MIG/MAG process, it ensures reproducible results thanks to precise welding torch guidance and a constant travel speed.
A built-in permanent magnet facilitates adhesion and traction on horizontal, vertical, and curved surfaces. This means the ArcRover 22 stays reliable even in the most demanding conditions.

FlexTrack
Precise results, consistent speed, and high flexibility; that’s what the FlexTrack 45 Pro is all about. This rail-guided welding carriage is used for circumferential and orbital welding in both MIG/MAG and CMT applications.
Different rail types are available for different component geometries and requirements: rigid rails for straight components, flexible rails for curved geometries, and ring rails for orbital applications. This makes it possible to precisely tailor the system to varying demands, resulting in more efficient and cost-effective welding processes.
