    The advantages
    Modular design
In addition to different power categories, there are two handle versions that can be equipped with different operating elements and torch body versions.
    Ergonomic and non-slip
The ergonomic grips with soft components help prevent fatigue and ensure a secure, non-slip grip. Thanks to the flexible ball joint and optimized materials, the hosepack offers optimal handling—even in hard-to-reach welding areas.
    Cost saving and sustainable
Modular instead of disposal: When new requirements arise or defects occur, you can simply replace individual modules yourself right on site—without needing a service technician. This saves resources, time, and money.
    Longer wearing part lifetimes
Perfect cooling right to the head of the torch body ensures reliable heat dissipation. This significantly increases the service life of the torch’s wearing parts.

Ergonomic TIG welding torches: Innovative technology for fatigue-free work

    Operation
Fronius welding torches represent the perfect blend of technology and ergonomics. The ergonomic handle with non-slip components sits comfortably and securely in your hand, allowing the torch to be guided with ease. Various operating concepts take care of the most varied welding requirements. Depending on the application, welders can choose between a standard or a small handle hosepack.
Standard handle: one handle for all versions
Simple conversion* from the user interface, only one screw needs to be unscrewed.

    Small Handle

The Small Handle is a convenient smaller alternative to the standard version. It is particularly well-suited to difficult-to-access weld locations in less power-intensive applications and is the more ergonomic choice for smaller hands. Despite its smaller size, it still offers a variety of different control options too.

Multilock - for fast torch body changes
Thanks to their modular design, TIG Multilock welding torches offer a flexible solution for virtually any application. A variety of components and a torch body that rotates 360° allow for optimal performance even in hard-to-reach areas. Thanks to the patented Multilock interface, the torch body can be changed quickly and without tools.

    Torch body lengths

    torch body lenghts

Different torch body lengths ensure maximum flexibility while welding.

    Torch caps

    torch caps

Depending on the application and component condition, torch caps of various sizes can be used.

    Flexible torch bodies

    flexible torch body

The flexible torch bodies can be bent into the desired position for difficult to access welding points.*

    * Tested under standardized test conditions according to a defined test procedure, gas-cooled torch bodies can be bent up to 1,000 times and water-cooled torch bodies up to 200 times.

Rapid electrode change with Tungsten Fast Clamp (TFC)

With this system, you can change the tungsten electrode quickly and effortlessly. The touch of a button is all it takes to release and re-clamp the electrode—and all in just a few seconds, ensuring outstanding efficiency and uninterrupted work with no unnecessary downtime. It is also possible to retrofit the TFC system to your existing TIG welding torches.

    Options and accessories

TIG welding torch option gas lenses

    Gas lens option

    • Better gas shield
    • Turbulence-free gas flow
    • Optimum weld seam quality
    • Gas savings of 1-2 l/min
    • Low oxidation in high alloymaterials
    TIG welding torch extension

    Extension hosepack

Standard hosepacks can be extended by 10 meters with this option. The connection point is packed in a compact and robust pouch to prevent contamination and snagging.
    TIG welding torch multilock

    Locking device multilock coupling

In order to prevent improper use of the Multilock System, hosepacks can be optionally equipped with a release lock.
    TIG welding torch no trigger

    No trigger

This option offers advantages when used with a foot controller or the touch HF ignition (the high-frequency ignition starts after the workpiece is touched by the electrode).
    TIG welding torch button trigger

    Button operation

Hosepacks can be converted to pushbutton operation for the digital device generation. Functions include start and end of welding as well as intermediate lowering.

    Welding package: TIG Dynamic Wire

Active wire control in TIG cold wire welding:

The innovative advantage of Fronius TIG DynamicWire, when compared to a conventional continuous wire feed in cold wire systems, lies in its automatic self-regulation.

The power source actively adjusts the wire speed to the welding behavior, torch position, and current conditions, even compensating automatically for component tolerances of up to 30%.
