Safety inspection

The safety inspection verifies that all electrical systems and safety devices on your welding machines are functioning correctly. The inspection is carried out in accordance with EN 60974-4 and is essential for safe, legally compliant operation. Mechanical, electrical, and functional safety features are tested and clearly documented.

Inspection intervals for EN 60974-4

  • Every six months in particularly demanding, harsh operating environments (e.g., mining, multi-shift operations)
  • Annual inspections are recommended especially in workshops, factories, or industrial settings
  • At least every three years at a minimum

Calibrating welding machines

Calibration keeps welding machines operating reliably and precisely, in accordance with the relevant standard. During this process, parameters such as current, voltage, and wire speed are monitored, evaluated, and fine-tuned in the event of deviations. The inspection is conducted as per EN/IEC 60974-14 and is fully documented.
