Tests, process analyses, and feasibility studies
A sound basis for technical decisions

What does an analysis or feasibility study entail?
Analyses and feasibility studies give you the facts you need to make technical decisions with confidence. We look at welding processes, components, material requirements, and system parameters. The goal is to determine whether a desired process is technically feasible, what results can be achieved, and which system configuration is most suitable for the task at hand.
Typical use cases
- Starting production of a new component
- Assessing whether a welding process is suitable for lightweight or custom materials
- Comparing different methods such as TIG and MIG/MAG, or welding processes such as CMT, PMC, and LSC
- Preparing for automated or robot applications
- Analyzing welding errors, weld irregularities, or process instabilities

FAQ
To get the most out of your analysis, please provide all relevant information about the application ahead of time. This includes details on the filler metal, the welding system, the desired process, the type of gas, the position of the component, and, where applicable, any speeds and existing parameters.
Simply contact your Fronius sales representative and they will be happy to help you gather all the necessary information.
